Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Nuxvomica, Ginger Powder & Gentian Powder
COMPOSITION
Each 100 gm contains,
Ammonium Bicarbonate BP – 25 gm
Sodium Bicarbonate BP – 65 gm
Nuxvomica BP – 7 gm
Ginger Powder BP – 1.5 gm
Gentian Powder BP – 1.5 gm
MODE OF ACTION
• Restores and balances the bicarbonate ions that the body may lose due to hot environment and stress conditions
• Relieves gastritis
• Plays an important role in excreting saliva, bile and different digestive enzymes
• Acts as carminative and causes the expulsion of gases from stomach and enhances the excretion of gastric juice to relieve from dyspepsia, flatulence and colic. It also acts as an antispasmodic.
• Effective against rheumatic arthritis, paralysis and nervous weakness.
INDICATION
Digitone® powder is indicated for the treatment of cattle, buffaloes, horses, goats & sheep suffering from indigestion, inappetence, anorexia, gastritis and ruminal impaction.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Dosage of administration: For oral administration only.
Cattle, Buffaloes & Horse : 1-2 sachets for 100-300 kg body weight. 3 sachets for 301-500 kg body weight.
Calf, Goat & Sheep : 1/4 – 1/2 sachets for 15-25 kg body weight.
The required doses should be mixed in 1-2 liter of water and administered 2 times daily for 2-3 days
Or, as per the direction of a Registered Veterinarian.
CONTRAINDICATION
Digitone® powder is contraindicated in animals hypersensitive to active ingredients.
